Countdown Day 18: Thrift store horror

Jane and I went to thrift stores last weekend to search for more Halloween-related crap---I mean treasures---to decorate our house with now, and test our abilities at getting more in our home's limited storage space later.

Here are some images of stuff we didn't buy, but needed pictures of.

I saved the best image for last--here's a real thrift store horror of the "unintentionally ugly" variety. It's a ceramic plum pudding holder, apparently decorated with worms:

I bet Morticia Addams and Lily Munster would be proud to own this creepy ceramic piece!

that sign is terrible. funny. but terrible.

you were probably right not to buy it. i do like the headless ladies shoes though.
