Countdown Day 2: Hidden treats from last Halloween!

Pittsburgh pumpkin, 2009

Okay, so I didn't announce it in advance, but I am participating in the annual internet haunted advent known as COUNTDOWN TO HALLOWEEN.

Today, I have photos of paranormal Pittsburgh on All Hallow's Eve, 2009. One partygoer, one pumpkin, and lotsa snaps of one wildly, excessively, and enthusiastically decorated house.
Enjoy, kiddies...
Pittsburgh partygoer "Poison Ivy"

EVERY figure on the property moved, most flashed lights, and the majority either moaned, screamed, or laughed. Things glowed and wriggled, too. Naturally, I was delighted by this overwhelming showy spectacle of wonderful kitschy-creepy decor!

I took as many pictures as I could. THIS was Halloween in America!

When it comes to the undead, is there such a thing as overkill?

I drove past a house like this in Connecticut once, with my niece in tow. The yard was CRAMMED with decorations. My niece in typical 4 year old observance said "Wow! It's a crowd!"
